Dubbed “Hysterical” and “Awesome” by Rainn Wilson (Dwight on NBC’s THE OFFICE), Dink Tank is the northland’s only resident sketch comedy troupe. This team of local writers and actors regularly meet in a hot, cramped office to create original sketch comedy. The door is locked, some expired candy is passed around, and nobody is allowed to leave until something that everyone is ashamed of has been written.
Skewering everything from politics to pop culture, the Dink Tank shows feature original characters from the group’s warped imaginations as well as bold, bawdy humor that may not be polite but always has something to say. Dink Tank believes in using sketch comedy as a way to illustrate and illuminate the human condition, and every single one of their sketches has, at its core, the beating heart of truth.
Except for that one sketch about farting.
